AT&T Store

2 months ago I went in to change over from T-Mobile. The girls that were working were not very helpful and did not seem to know exactly what they were doing. They gave me a quote, that I was good with, Then they set-up my plan. I asked if they had any promos on cases and screen protectors. They said yes - so we picked out from what they had (they only had a few options so I just took what was available - not what I would have preferred). I payed the fee, thinking this was the promo price and I was done. Come to find out it was only the sales tax and now after getting my bill I see I am being charged 25.42 for 12 months for the cases and 14.17 for 12 months for the screen protectors (total of 475.08 + sales tax I paid). So now I am stuck paying over $500 for these. If I would have known this was the "promo" I would have said no, and went and bought my own cases and screen protectors. I also had to call AT&T to fix some of the items that were charged on my bill. I was billed for items like "Business Unlimited Performance" that I did not ask for. I think these associates need to be more aware and clear on what they are selling and explain the prices of thing better. That is usually what the customer wants to ultimately know.

Cat Norman was my rep at the store and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable , friendly, helpful. I actually went in to cancel service and go somewhere else but stayed because of Cat.

I worked with Nicole, she was very professional and made sure I got what I needed done! I would recommend anyone to come down here and get their business done with these people. Very sweet and professional and makes you feel comfortable with your decisions. Never going anywhere else.

Was having phone issues, went in and Catherine was wonderful to work with! She was extremely knowledgeable and took as much time helping me as needed! I definitely recommend this location and I’ll be back!

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Kiele at the Jerseyville, IL AT&T store. Kiele is very knowledgeable and personable. She explained everything so well and was even able to help us lower our monthly payment!! We appreciated her help very much and didn't mind waiting a few minutes in order to have such great service from her.
